("The Habit") announced today that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") relating to the proposed initial public offering of its Class A common stock. The Habit is a fast casual restaurant concept that specializes in preparing fresh, made-to-order char-grilled burgers, sandwiches and salads.
